2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website and/or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
3. Products
All products sold on this website are digital products (downloadable files such as PDFs, guides, and similar content). No physical goods are shipped.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and previews accurately represent the content. However, images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and minor variations may occur.
4. Ordering and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you a confirmation email containing your download link.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
5. Digital delivery
Upon successful payment, your download link will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

6. Right to cancel and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right to cancel is lost once you begin downloading or streaming the content, provided you have given your explicit consent and acknowledged that your right to cancel is thereby lost.
By completing your purchase and clicking to access your download, you confirm that you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of cancellation is thereby waived.

7. Intellectual property and licence
All content within our digital products — including text, images, maps, photography, and design — is the intellectual property of Visual Life Collective Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share the product (in whole or in part) with any third party
- Resell or sublicense the product
- Use the product for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visual Life Collective Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with a product shall not exceed the price paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
