Your download link is sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout, usually within a minute of your purchase being confirmed. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Tapping the download link will save a ZIP file directly to your device. On iPhone, it will appear automatically in the Files app — tap it to extract and access your guide. On Android, it will download to your Downloads folder, where you can open it using any file manager.

Each download link allows up to 3 downloads within a 48-hour window from the time of purchase. This gives you plenty of opportunity to save it to your device. If you need help after your link expires, just get in touch.

No problem at all. Just send us a message using the form on this page, including your order number if you have it, and we'll get a fresh link over to you as quickly as possible.

Because the guide is a digital product that is delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. If you're having a technical issue or haven't received your link, please get in touch and we'll sort it out.
